Grade 9 Admission Open

For the academic year starting July 2025, admissions are open for entry into Grade 9 (Cambridge IGCSE Program).

The deadline for submission and payment of registration fees online is January 24, 2025.

Students currently enrolled in any board in Grade 8 are eligible to apply.

Apply for Grade 9

Checklist Before You Apply

Timeline & Documents

Please ensure you have the following documents ready before clicking to apply for admission:

– Clear and recent photographs of yourselves and your child (passport photos, not exceeding 2 MB each)
– Birth Certificate of the student applying
– Report cards for Grade 7 & 8.
– Consolidated mark sheet for Grade 7 & 8 (An excel format for this will be provided in the application form)

If you are registering for the first time, please do create an account as directed in the link.

If you have applied to BIS before, please use your existing registration details. In case you have forgotten your password, please reset it using the “Forgot Password” option. All your basic data will be pre-populated (with an option to update) in this case.

Do not use a mobile phone to fill the form.

Please set aside 45 minutes to complete the process.

The deadline for submission and payment of registration fees online is January 24, 2025. 

Within 24 hours of submitting the form, you will receive an email with a copy of your application form, an application number, and a receipt for the registration fees from our payment gateway. If you do not receive this, please do email us at admissions@bis.edu.in.
