Tanuja has a Master’s degree in English Literature from the Manipal Centre for Philosophy and Humanities. She has been a teacher for five years, working with a wide range of students from across grades 4 to 12. She headed the English department at Head Start Educational Academy in Bangalore for two years and helped develop their language programme.

Tanuja has been studying Tibetan Buddhism for over a decade and has an interest in ethical philosophy. She believes that it’s enough to teach her students to read, write, and be kind.
