Having returned to India after completing a Double Degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Washington, Rushika worked with Reliance Brands as prime Marketing & PR manager for many luxury brands. It was there that she realized her true passion lies with children. She thus pursued the ECTE Diploma and finally decided contributing to the formative years of children is the way to go. She has done multiple workshops to further her teaching skills since then such as The art of lettering, Crayoning, Importance of Playdough in Fine Motor Skill Development, Zentangle, The Art of Storytelling & Dramatization & Puppetry.
