Vikas has completed his Athletics Federation of India Pre Level 1 coaching , District Technical Official course, and also interned as assistant teacher with (Akanksha) Mahatma Jyotiba Phule School , Gateway School of Mumbai and Bombay International School. He has played various sports like Rugby at State Level, Frisbee at National Level. He strongly believes sports is an equaliser and it constantly reinforces and instills values.
