Cambridge IGCSE assessments take place at the end of the course and can include written, oral, listening, coursework and practical assessments. In some subjects, there is a choice between core and extended curricula, making Cambridge IGCSE suitable for a wide range of abilities. Grades are benchmarked using eight internationally recognised grades, A* to G.
BIS students appear for the Cambridge IGCSE examination in February (Hindi) and June. Results are released in May (Hindi) and August.
Results Highlights Class of 2026
We’re delighted to share a summary of our students’ results from the June 2026 IGCSE examinations, and there is a great deal to celebrate.
- 42 candidates were entered across 17 subjects, producing 348 individual grades.
- 83% of all grades awarded were A* or A.
- Nearly half of all grades were the top A* grade.
Against rigorous marking standards, demanding grade boundaries and the unique challenges of the year, our students demonstrated remarkable resilience, determination and commitment in achieving these results.
