Building Stronger Futures Through Parent Engagement

Bombay International School Association is a parent co-operative and parents serve on the Board of Governors to manage all supporting roles such as Infrastructure, Sports, Technology, Safety, Kitchen and Bus routes, among others.

The Board of Governors comprises:

1. The Principal of the School; an ex-officio member;
2. One of the Trustees of the school;
3. Six members from the Parent-Member class; and
4. Two Founder Members and in their absence, Alumnis in lieu thereof.
5. Members not exceeding five in number who may be co-opted by the Board of Governors in the manner stated in the Memorandum of Association and Constitution of the Bombay International  School  Association (Nov 16, 1961)
