Student Wellbeing

Creating a safe space that enhances & enriches our children's emotional health

Investing in student well-being is a priority for BIS. We have a robust Student Resource Centre (SRC) that runs various programs to support & nurture students, creating a safe space for the children.

The SRC has its doors open to children from Lower Prep (LP) all the way through Grade 12, through initiatives like well-being classes, circle time & one on one counselling. We have embraced SEE (Social Emotional Ethical) Learning as our over-arching theme, which fosters emotional, social as well as ethical intelligence in students.

SEE Learning is the culmination of an academic collaboration between Emory University & His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

IGCSE Class of 2025 Shines Bright

IGCSE Class of 2025 Shines Bright

We are proud of our students for their exceptional Cambridge IGCSE results with 81% of all grades being A and A*!

A special applause to the 6 students with 8A*s or more, 2 students with 9A*s or more and 1 student with a perfect 10A*s. These achievements are a true reflection of the hard work and resilience of the students.

A big thank you to their parents for their constant encouragement and to the BIS teachers for their dedication.

Together, we celebrate not just grades, but the perseverance and balance that define the BIS journey.

BIS participated in the Young Entrepreneurs Conference(YEC) at The Doon school , Dehradun.
The Young Entrepreneurs’ Challenge (YEC) 2025 was an enriching and eye-opening experience for our students. We had a team of 11 students from Grade 12 who represented BIS.

Among the 22 schools that participated at YEC, BIS won the runner up best delegate award.

Over two days, they engaged in high-energy simulations that tested their problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills. From pitching start-up ideas to navigating crisis scenarios, each activity pushed them to think on their feet and collaborate effectively. Interacting with peers from schools across the country broadened their perspectives and sparked meaningful discussions around innovation and leadership. The experience not only deepened their interest in entrepreneurship but also built confidence, adaptability, and a strong sense of teamwork

BIS Alumni Lunch 2025

BIS Alumni Lunch 2025

This weekend, the Gilbert Building came alive with familiar faces, shared memories, and the unmistakable buzz of old friends picking up right where they left off. Laughter echoed down the corridors, hugs were exchanged over lunch tables, and every corner seemed to hold a story waiting to be retold.

From Sindhi Curry and Aloo Tuks to samosas and nimbu paani, the menu brought back the comforting flavours of our school days. What made it even more special? Student Government representatives led guided tours through the campus, offering a glimpse of how BIS continues to grow while staying rooted in its core values.

Old friendships were rekindled, new stories were shared, and the BIS spirit was very much alive in every smile and conversation.
