Shama Shaikh

Shama has a Master’s degree in Economics and Bachelors in Education from Mumbai University. She is an IBDP and Cambridge trained teacher with several years of teaching experience in the National and International Curriculum. Shama believes in correlating the current affairs to Economic Theories as continuous examples to facilitate the understanding of the practical implications of the subject.
Her teaching includes imparting modern ideas deeply rooted in Indian culture and philosophy to this fast-paced generation.
She understands and acknowledges the importance of the teaching environment and is dedicated to working closely with the students, to foster an environment that keeps them motivated to learn, and to develop a positive rapport which has direct influences on the students’ learning experiences.
Shama is committed to being involved in collective working environments and firmly believes that it takes a group to educate and make a difference.
