Benaifer has been in the field of Special Education for the last 20 years. Apart from free-lancing, she has worked at leading international schools as a Learning Support Teacher. She is also a consultant at the Credo Group of Schools.In addition to this, she also has been a lecturer at Shiksha where she taught Assessments and Curriculum Adaptation in Remediation. She strongly believes that every child has a right to learn the way he is comfortable learning. It is our responsibility as educators to respect every child’s individuality and cater to their needs in the best way possible.
