I’ve been teaching for almost 20 years. Teaching has always been my passion and a dream I nurtured since my childhood.

I started learning German in college, and it really got me engaged in its beautiful culture. Learning German gave me a new direction and I enrolled myself with the Goethe Institute for all language courses thereafter.

Language connects people and helps you embrace new cultures, new thoughts and a new world. So, in our language classes at BIS, we engage and encourage students to participate in different cultural events and learn more than just the language! BIS is a partner school with the Goethe Institute and the students get the benefit of attending several workshops in India and in Germany!

I have done several German didactic workshops at the Goethe Institute and have also received scholarships to visit and attend courses and seminars in Germany.

I love reading, learning new languages (about 6 so far), dancing and music!
