Rima joined Bombay International School in 2018. She is a Certified Dyslexia Therapist conferred by the International Dyslexia Association, USA. She is trained in the Orton- Gillingham Approach by MDA in collaboration with the Multisensory Language Training Institute of New Mexico, USA. She holds a B.Com degree. She is also certified by the Feuerstein-Bassou International Training Academy (Israel) as an FIE mediator. She has attended various courses on counselling, math and leadership skills.

She has been passionate about teaching children and believes they must be taught how to think, not what to think and learn. Students should be motivated to keep learning new things. She has taught creative thinking and has worked with students with special education needs for over a decade.

Rima enjoys travelling and her hobbies include art, playing badminton, and trekking.
