Neha is an alum of the BHU where she did her Chemistry (Hons). Following which she did her MSc in Biotechnology where she was awarded a Gold Medal. As a part of her Biotech course she did her internship at Indian Institute of Toxicological Research (IITR). Before BIS, Neha was with Podar International School, Powai (IGCSE Board) for 7 years and was the Head of the Department for Chemistry. She was twice awarded the best teacher award during her tenure.
